Prices in EUR per month. A website domain covers its subdomains, so shop.com, www.shop.com and staging.shop.com count as one. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial (100 runs, one domain, one browser). Plan changes apply from your next billing period, and you can cancel anytime.
FAQ
Questions, answered
What counts as a test run?
One saved test in one browser, up to five minutes. A suite of four tests in two browsers is eight runs. Failed assertions count because the browser ran; runs that fail because of our infrastructure are credited back. Waiting in the queue is free.
What happens when I use up my runs?
New runs wait for your next billing period, unless you turn on overage at €0.01 per run with a monthly spending cap you choose.
Why do you verify my identity?
To stop the platform from being pointed at websites people don't own. Stripe checks a photo ID and a selfie of the account owner once. It verifies a person, not a company.
Which websites can I test?
Sites whose DNS you control. Add a TXT record for each site; the proof is renewed every 90 days. Agencies can ask their client's DNS administrator to add it.
Is WebKit the same as Safari?
WebKit is the engine inside Safari, so it catches most Safari-specific layout and behavior issues. It isn't Apple's Safari app on a Mac or iPhone.
Can I allowlist your IP addresses?
Yes. Tests leave from shared static addresses listed in your workspace. Agency customers can request a dedicated IP, which we set up manually.
Can your support team see my account?
Only the tests you choose to share, for a limited time (one hour by default, at most 24). Support never logs in as you and can't see billing, secrets or recordings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.
